Julie is passionate about food, wine and creating new dishes using local ingredients and basically everything to do with the catering industry. She loves wines from all over the world and has great fun matching these to the well travelled food menu.

She is working with G’Day Chef from last 10 years and have driven the business to a greater success. Her past experiences are from well renowned fine dine restaurant and she a great pastry chef.
